Washington, DC- Without proper education, Kevin was unable to find any real work so he decided to become a trumpet player. When not playing the trumpet, he can often be found scouring the countryside for hubcaps and rare soup cans. Or sleeping . Maybe this doesn’t seem exciting to the band’s super-intelligent fans, but it’s all Kevin has ever known. Scour, or stay home. Stay home or scour. Some have suggested that perhaps one day he’ll bathe.

Despite all this, young Kevin is something of a star: celebrity gardener, leader of the Kevin Cordt Quartet, member of Last Train Home, and a constantly-in-demand studio session cat.

He has even been known to call bingo in drag.

And he was once a member of the French Olympic swimming team.
