New York, NY- Spott plans to release two CDs within the next year: the first a solo collection of piano songs; the second another band CD, a rock/pop collection of new Enemies songs.
In this crazy modern world of file swapping and an imploding music business, it is increasingly hard for musicians to afford to make their art. More and more, artists are relying on the patronage of their fans and supporters. As the world becomes more digital, somehow our relationships become more old-school.
So this is an old-fashioned call for help!

It is much underrated,” said Spott to himself recently while vainly trying to clear his mind at a meditation retreat.

Apparently, the actor Timothy Hutton has recently been listening to the Enemies in the privacy of his own iPod. He shared his appreciation of the music with TIME. Since Spott had only just watched the 1980 classic “Ordinary People” and had enjoyed Mr. Hutton’s stunning performance, the Englishman chalked all of this up to the the cosmic symbiosis of mutual appreciation.
